Configuring AWS Cognito as OIDC Identity Provider does not work

I just tried using the OIDC with Zendesk and configure it to use AWS Cognito as an identity provider, but I get the following error when I try to apply the configuration:
 
Configuration couldn't be created. Give it a moment and try again
 
I did "try again" multiple times, but this didn't resolve the issue. The error looks quite cryptic and I am unsure how to troubleshoot this. Can you give me some guidance on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi Iva, that's interesting that you're not even able to save the configuration.. I'll take a look on our end and see if there's anything obvious that's wrong.

If you could please try to either reload the page or sign out/sign in and then try again, that'd be helpful.

Thanks Caroline. This issue got resolved once I logged out of Zendesk and then logged in again. I don't know what the original problem was, but it is no longer there.
