Zendesk has introduced a Service Catalog feature in Early Access Program (EAP) that allows tickets to be created for employee service requests. However, as of now, there is no direct mention of conditional ticket fields being supported specifically within the Service Catalog.
Conditional ticket fields are available and can be created in the general Zendesk Support ticket forms to control the appearance and behavior of fields based on conditions, but it appears this functionality is not yet extended into Service Catalog ticket forms specifically.
