comment public post on Facebook

I have a problem with public comments on Facebook. When I use Zendesk and comment public post I cant add this comment because I see this message:
Message failed: We were unable to add the response to this Facebook ticket. Check the Ticket events view for more information. zendesk

And then I see this in events (see screen)

What is wrong? Maybe is issue with our configuration?
