Combining survey & ticket resolution emails

Is there a better way to combine the ticket resolution and ticket survey emails into one thread? 

Our organization wants to send only one email upon each ticket closure (ticket thread & survey), however, when we've tried combining the emails into one, the EAP survey shows as a link. 

How can we have the rating scale or button show?

This is an interesting approach. I wonder what having the link at the bottom of the Solved ticket message does for response rates... 🤔

@afton12 what placeholder do you use? I tried to reproduce your setup. I've cloned "Notify requester of comment update" trigger and added condition "Ticket status changed to solved". I used `{{satisfaction.survey_section}}` in the email body. I got an email with CSAT section rendered after I solved the ticket.

@setel we are currently working on bringing the CSAT scale to the email.
