Hello and thank you for your contributions and feedback on this EAP! Based on your feedback, we’ve implemented the following product update:
- Extended generative search to languages other than English
The feature is now available as part of agent copilot and requires the Advanced AI add-on. Moving forward, we will be referring to generative search for Agent Workspace as quick answers for Agent Workspace. If you don’t have the Advanced AI add-on included in your subscription, you’ll be contacted regarding access to the feature.
Generative search for help center will remain an EAP until further notice.
