Based on your feedback, we’ve implemented some updates that have been recently launched:
- Detection of regex patterns
- Detection of multiple values per ticket
- Detection of entity values within close grammatical proximity
Entity detection is available for customers of Zendesk's Copilot add-on, starting March 26, 2025.
For customers who participated in the Entity detection EAP we will be granting a grace period of 4 months, until June 30, 2025.
