Hello and thank you for your contributions and feedback on this EAP.

Based on your feedback, we’ve implemented some updates that have been recently launched:

  • Detection of regex patterns
  • Detection of multiple values per ticket
  • Detection of entity values within close grammatical proximity

Entity detection is available for customers of Zendesk's Copilot add-on, starting March 26, 2025.

For customers who participated in the Entity detection EAP we will be granting a grace period of 4 months, until June 30, 2025.
