Closing Customizable CSAT EAP

Hello and thank you for your contributions and feedback on this EAP! Based on your feedback, we have implemented the following product updates:

CSAT activation flow. We redesigned the CSAT admin page to separate CSAT activation and delivery from survey configuration.
Default automation. We moved the request link from the CSAT section to the automation body, making it easier for you to remove. In addition, you'll soon be able to see the rating scale in the email. This feature will be available shortly after the GA release.
Public API for collecting granular CSAT results. This feature will be available shortly after the GA release.
