Clients not receiving my text messages from zendesk number

Hello, since this past Monday, my zendesk contacts have not been receiving my text messages even though Zendesk will mark them as "sent". This has been an ongoing issue and I really need someone to help me resolve this ASAP becuase it is hurting my business. Thank you
