Messenger Widget activated:

If I create a ticket via Chatbot, it is not possible to answer via Email but only via Live Messaging.

I want, that every single ticket, which is created, can just be answered via Mail.

 

 

How do I do?

 

Second additional question: is der a button, where I can start den Chatbot new?
