Chatbot: How to ask the users, after a keyword search, if the proposed articles were useful?

Hello,

I have an issue with the chatbot implementation.

When starting a conversation, the user has the possibility either to select a proposed option and follow the implemented flow or to do a search using keywords.

In the implemented flow, it is easy to ask if the articles were useful, as we have this as an option to add to the flow.

When the user is doing a keyword search, if there are matching articles in the Help Center, these are presented to the client, but after, there is no question regarding the utility of these articles or if the user found the answer to his question.

The chatbot stops abruptly and there is nothing proposed next to the user. It is not helpful or user-friendly.

I am talking about this setting of the chatbot:

As example:

Keywords search:

As we can see on this print screen, there is no follow-up question or message after the proposed articles.

If the user chooses one of the proposed options, the follow-up question, is there, as there is an option that we can add to the flow:

Did anyone find a solution to add a follow-up question to the user keywords search?

Thanks,

Ramona
