Hello, 

I hit a brick wall when trying to add a message sequence to my chat widget.  I am looking for when they open the widget before it gets to an agent, it will ask for a Name, email, and a description of the problem.

    Hi @rob23,

     

    Just checking in if you are still having issues loading a pre-chat form in your widget. If yes, could you provide your current flow and a screenshot of what is populating in your widget for context?

    I am currently stalled by the fact that Messages // Chat will not provide me notifications due to only having 1 user.
