Chat notification not showing

We have added the chat widget in our app, but the problem is that from last few days when anybody send message through chat, then chat notification is not indicating in zendesk portal.

I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team regarding this issue so they can look into your account and see why this is happening.
