Chat/Messaging Triggers and conditions not functioning

Herbert,

We have created a few messaging triggers to provide automated messages when an end-user is waiting for a live chat - however they continue to fire even after the live chat begins. We would like to be able to configure these triggers to send messages only before the chat session is active.
