Chat error without chat subscription

I've setup a new account. My staff and I have a chat error that shows up each time we login to Zendesk. We do not have chat enabled on the account. When I follow instructions from the bot and everything else that I've found online it doesn't help or apply to the way our account is set up. I'm frustrated that I can't seem to send a message to support. 

This is the message we get on the chat icon when we login: 

Chat server error
Try to refresh chat now. If that doesn't work, ask your Admin to contact Zendesk with this error code: 67f8caec-7fce-49c3-c98a-b7b31bbd839e
 
Remember, we don't have chat enabled so I don't expect it to work, I just want the error to go away.
