I'd like to change the Help Center URL but didn't want to go trough all the struggle for host mapping because I don't mind keeping the 'zendesk' on it.
But I didn't find anything about changing it without being trough host-mapping.
Example:
The actual URL is "x.zendesk.com/hc" and I'd like to change it to "y.zendesk.com/hc".
The "x" was defined when the Zendesk account was activated and there is no way to change it after? Is that correct?

Before you change your subsomain there are a number of things you need to take into consideration! We've got a couple articles that go over this for you:

The details on how to change the subdomain are in that first article. That should get you started!
