Changing the agent default view

As an agent, I would like to be able to have the option of setting the default view to my profile page instead of the Dashboard.  I want to see all of my tickets that I feel need attention or to re-prioritize, before moving on to others.  On the other hand, I might want to change it for specific time periods.  For instance, at the start of a new school year when ticket volume is at peak level.

Hey Veronica,

In my opinion there should be a view created where you could see those.

However to answer your question, a solution for this is by setting your homepage to your profile page. Whenever you need to login, you'll be redirected back to that page.

Hi Veronica,

Sorry, for that I was unclear. What I meant is set your profile page as the homepage in your browser (or as a favourite), then you'll go to that page, even if you have to login.
