1. Links - clicking on any link in the Zendesk agent interface and then using the return key activates the link again, instead of putting a line break in the text box, which is what it used to do.
2. using the trackpad on a Mac laptopt to insert the cursor is erratic - sometimes it doesn't with just a light tap, as it does everywhere else. Sometimes we have to hit the trackpad slightly harder, and then sometimes it selects everything in the line instead.
basically something changed in the zd interface which has caused some not nice things to happen.
