"Changes couldn't be saved" error prevents enabling customizable CSAT EAP

From the admin panel, under "Customer satisfaction" after having filled out the new survey settings, hitting save returns a "changes couldn't be saved error" and the new survey is not enabled.

Hi Thomas,

We have been looking into this issue. I would suggest to deactivate the old CSAT automation and then trying to re-enable the new one. You can read about old CSAT automation in this article

Tetiana Gron -  I am experiencing the same thing as well. I have already enabled it and tested multiple times and to my surprise it has been disabled this morning. When re-enabling it I am getting "Changes couldn't be saved" error. 

I have made all possible troubleshooting and still no luck at all to enable it.
