Change the automatic response in chat

Hi, since yesterday we started using Zendesk. When a customer starts a chat and does not receive an answer within a certain amount of time they will receive a message "We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our operators are busy at the moment, please leave us a message with your email address and we'll get back to you shortly."

However, we are a company that serves dutch customers. So an English message is a little out of place. I tried looking into it with the triggers. But I can't seem to find this exact one. Where can I find this and how do I change this?

Hi Robin,

This should be a trigger called the 'Chat Rescuer' trigger. You can find the list of triggers under Settings---Triggers and edit the trigger.

You can change the copy to dutch there or disable the trigger if you don't want it to fire.

Thanks,

Ramin
