Change my primary email address?

 I've just joined up to Zendesk, and I foolishly subscribed with a wrong email address. I want to change my primary account email, but support said I have to ask here as I don't have email support.

I don't want to add an address, I just want to change a mistake I made in subscribing. If I hadn't paid I would just delete my account...

Shouldn't be that hard for accounts to change I'd have thought????

Hey Lenny - 

Welcome to Zendesk and the Zendesk Community! 

Here are the steps you'll want to follow to change your email address: 

1. Enter the email address you want to use as a secondary one

2. Go through the verification steps 

3. Go back in and set it as the primary

You can then delete the other email if you wish, or leave it on the account as the secondary email.
