Change bullet point font in support emails.

Budke,

Hello Community:

Private and public notes in Support have my desired font. However, when a bulleted list is included the font style changes for that list.  I checked the email template (where I think this is controlled) but I' no coder - very, very basic knowledge.  How do I change this so the font is consistent for all text?

Thanks for reaching out, John.  Great question as well:

I think you're onto something with the email template.  Any luck with first copying your current version and storing it somewhere safely, and then reverting it to the default template format?

Running some email tests with both ticket.latest_comment and ticket.latest_comment_formatted placeholders in a trigger notification, font formatting is thankfully looking pretty consistent with a default email template.

Your email template may have some custom modifications which might be set to format list items differently than regular text, but you could do a quick comparison between your copied email template back-up and the default template to see if there are any major differences between the two.

There are customization in the email template, specifically I changed the font family from the default, some time back.  This works fine.  I also have some customizations in triggers to modify font style (face, size color) but they don't affect the bulleted list.  I use the placeholder ticket.latest_comment_formatted.  In the triggers I added font style ahead of this with no affect.  

Thanks for your response, but I'm still at a loss!  I really suspect something in the email template, or the coding, is overriding any customizations.
