I have my ZD sell voicemail to be set to a custom VM message, but when a customer calls, the VM says "we're sorry an application error has occurred, goodbye" in a robot voice

    We experienced this as well. In our case, it was due to the voicemail greeting be a .M4A file. We reuploaded it as an MP3,and that worked.
