Can I disable a satisfaction survey from being sent to auto-solved tickets?

We have a trigger for certain tickets to be auto-solved and we don't want our satisfaction survey to go to these. Can I disable?

Yes you can stop satisfaction surveys for these tickets 

In your trigger that auto solves tickets, add a tag as part of the actions such as auto_solve. 

In you automation or trigger that sends out the satisfaction survey, include a condition to check for the auto_solve tag. Only fire when the tag is not present.
