Can "customer support" under agent name be overwritten with something else in the chat widget?

Hi, 

Question on the new widget. Can the defailt "customer support" text under the agent name be overwritten with something else in the chat widget? Our Zendesk implementation team could not find a way to do this.

Sure can!

This happens in two ways:

  1. If no agent is in the conversation, this label is called the "concierge byline" and you can customize it via your Chat Dashboard (Settings > Widget > Appearance > Concierge > Byline).
  2. If an agent is in the conversation, this label is called the "agent tagline" you can also customize it via your Chat Dashboard (Settings > Personal > Profile > Tagline)
