can a end user close a ticket they requested?

Hi Marty,

Actually not even an agent can close a ticket, but an end user can solve their own ticket.

When an end-user visits their ticket on the web-portal they can consider their request solved - then it will fall into the normal workflow of closing out solved tickets.
