Can a Guide user bookmark articles to read later?

Is it possible for a Guide user who is logged in to be able to bookmark articles to read later? Ideally, I'd like each user to be able to compile their own sub-library of articles that are particularly useful or relevant to them.

Hi Debbie,

This is not functionality currently available in Guide, but it is a great idea! I'd suggest posting it as a feature request in the Feedback on Guide topic, so that other users can up-vote it and add their ideas for our product managers.

@Nicole S.
Isn't this what the "Subscriptions" page and the "Follow" button does?

Hello @Dylan Buckley,

The follow button will let users know when a new post has taken place in a. certain thread and email them with updates for each new post. A little different than just following but similar.

Best regards.

It’d be great to have such feature! Our agents have been requesting it for years 🤗

@Nicole S. I'm not sure if @Debbie Watkins created a post in the Feedback on Guide topic. So I’ve done it here.
