Hello! I want to create a report where in it calculates First Update Time after ticket was re-assigned to a specific group and have it as as the time created - and then calculates the Last Update Time when the same group re-assigned the ticket back to (main) customer support as the solved date?

It seems this concern has already been addressed on the ticket that you have submitted. For visibility, this use case is currently not possible with the current and simple custom metrics.
