Hi
I created a custom field on an Organization Called Number of Tickets.
Using Zendesk automation I would like to know is it possible to calculate the number of tickets related to an Org and pull that number into the custom field I created.
Ultimately I would like to do some variations of this calculation such as Open or Closed Tickets or Certain Type of tickets.

Can you talk a bit more about your use case? What would you use this field for? (And just to make sure, you're aware that if you click the Organization name in the ticket's tab bar (to the right of the requester's name), you can see how many tickets that Organization has?
