When we first got our Zendesk instance configured, we were told it comes with the 'bump, bump, solve' macro. Which we thought was great. But, when many tickets remained in our queue we began to wonder what the issue was. When we clicked on the Zendesk prepopulated macro we came to discover that it did not actually include the 'solve' part or 'bump, bump, solve'. Has anyone else come across this issue? If this is standard then possibly Zendesk could think about adding it in?
