We are on the Professional plan for the Support Suite.
When bulk updating tickets, for example: changing several tickets to a specific category, the update is saying it's complete but the field isn't changing. Then, if we go into the individual ticket and attempt to change the field in the ticket, it will no longer allow us to make changes to it. It lets us pick the new option, hit submit, and it says the ticket is updated, but the option change doesn't stick. And it only effects the field in the tickets we tried to bulk update, all the other fields in the ticket still let us change them individually without issues and all other tickets that weren't in the bulk update allow us to change the field with no issue.
I've tried:
- Logging out and back in.
- Closing the browser.
- Trying to do second a bulk update with just one ticket, this also says it has updated the ticket, but no changes are actually made.
- Having another agent make the change on the individual ticket. Again, the ticket will act like it updates, but when you go back into it the settings haven't changed.
- I have tested this on a few different mass updates, and it does seem that it's the mass update breaking the field. We've had no other fields act up, just the ones I've attempted to bulk update today and only on the specific tickets that the update was attempted on.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated!
