We need to delete an organisation from zendesk along with all their tickets and attachments.
I tried making a view that shows all their tickets but it doesnt show anything older that about 3 months ago.
Can anyone give any advice on how to proceed?

Views have that limitation... Views will show tickets up to about 3-4 months old if in closed status. Tickets in other statuses will show regardless of age.
That said, you may need to just open the organization and just manually delete them... Or use the API.
Perhaps someone else has a better suggestion. Sorry!
If you are planning using the API to deleted the tickets the search API will give you the most results. using the type:ticket organization:"to be detelted"
