We have integrated a SMS provide to our instance. Now we would like to build ability to send custom messages from Zendesk. We have build Mesage box on user app, however we do not able to build a custom button which can trigger to send SMS. My question is how do we trigger it?
We are not using Zendesk talk, connect. Only zendesk Support and guide.

You'd most likely need to use a combination of Triggers and HTTP/URL targets to send the notification back out to the user. More information on HTTP/URL targets here: Notify external targets
If your SMS integration is generating tickets in your account then the above should work.
If you're looking to create a custom button within your Support agent interface, I'm afraid there's no way to customize this outside of creating your own Zendesk App.
