We are finding that on using Enhance function the To and From names are switched.

Became this: 
Was To Julia From George, now To George from Julia.
This was the case on an expand and a make more friendly, but didnt happen on a make more formal.
I feel like this is a recent development, as it would surely have been noticed before.

Thanks for providing this. I've flagged this for our Engineers to have a look. I was able to replicate the behavior using your message, but a similar but unique message I crafted myself did not present the issue. So this may take some added diligence to nail down the cause.

We notice similar where the model is responding to the message rather than revising/enhancing it. I saw some success in my desired enhancement if I added some instruction to the message like "Inform John that I have attached the credit note..." rather than just "I have attached the credit note..."
We're working on enhancements on our side which with the aim to improve this behavior.
