Currently, when an Agent or Admin is creating a custom object record - switching Tabs within Zendesk will lead to all input data to be reset.
When editing a custom object record , all changed input data will be reset when switching a tab in Zendesk (i.e. when opening a Ticket).
Impact:
This has a major impact on the Agent experience, as Agents might need to create custom objects with certain information that is described in a Ticket description, Ticket field, user field, or org field.
When creating such objects, an agent will not be able to switch back and forth between a user and a custom object creation menu, without his input being reset.
