I'd like to report a bug. When I insert an image, it doesn't appear in the tab I insert it in but it does appear in the rightmost open case tab when multiple case tabs are open. The current workaround is to work on the rightmost case or work with a single case tab open.
Other Support agents on my team can recapitulate the bug. I am using the latest Chrome 103.0.5060.134 on macOS Big Sur v11.6.8. This bug appeared recently, as I often have multiple ZD case tabs open in ZenDesk.
It's not clear to me what is the most appropriate 'Topic' section to post this to, so I am arbitrary posting to 'Feedback - Developer Platform' in the hopes of getting this to the ZenDesk engineering team. Please let me know if you require more information.
