Bug: Can't see CSAT results -- missing the Satisfaction tab from our support dashboard

We customized CSAT & turned it on… but we are missing the Satisfaction tab from our support dashboard --- so we can't see the results. 
Support team suggested we can get help here.

Thank you for flagging this. We are currently working on the fix. You can use the following workaround. You can create a custom Explore dashboard with a new CSAT. The easiest way would be to enable the old CSAT, copy the Support dashboard and then deactivate the old CSAT. The copied Explore dashboard will have the data from the new CSAT experience.
