We recently changed our name from Urban Teachers to City Teaching Alliance. Our subdomain is still urbanteachers.zendesk.com, but we've changed our host mapping from support.urbanteachers.org to support.cityteachingalliance.org.
On the main page of our Help Center are two links that go to either Prospective Participants or Current Participants. Both of these links still have the old support.urbanteachers.org URL, not the new. Clicking on either link gives me a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error. If I copy/paste the links and manually change 'urbanteachers' to 'cityteachingalliance', I can get to the pages, and all the links on those pages point to the correct URL. It's just these two main pages that don't.
I've checked our CNAME record a dozen times and it seems to be correct...in fact, it has to be or the support.cityteachingalliance.org page wouldn't work at all. I don't know why it's just these two links that won't point to the right URL.
Any insight is appreciated!
