Some pictures in our knowledge base are not visible anymore.
This is what we (and our customers) see:
The pics were uploaded and hosted within teh ZenDesk system.
When we look at the url of the picture, e.g. ourdomain.nl/hc/article_attachments/360000610078/blobid22.png we receive an error 404 (page cannot be found).
Where did our pictures go?

This problem occurs where images are attached as inline attachments to another article that is:
Restricted to a specific group of users
In draft status
In archived status
Due to any of these reasons, the image is displayed as a broken link, followed by the name of the image. To know more about this, you may check Inline images in Guide articles display as broken across all browsers
