We have a situation where we have multiple departments, and those departments would like to use different methods of Routing.
One department would like to use broadcast routing. the other department would like to use assigned.
I was wondering if any one has solved for this use case?

(Hybrid mode does not work as a viable option as you cannot set chat limit to 0 for a group of agents)
Hi Dwayne, unfortunately you cannot have a different ways of chat routing for your departments. One method covers all of your departments. I would recommend Aris recommendation as a valid workaround. You can assign a chat limit on the agent level and activate the Hybrid Assignment mode in order to allow those agents, to manually take new chats.
