Hi Agent Home fans!
We're halfway through summer and getting close to our targeted release timeline for Agent Home. We've opened the door to adding many new customers to be testers for Agent Home, and have a few updates for you!
What's new:
- We added a setting to Admin Center to allow admins to turn Agent Home on/off. You can find this setting in Admin Center -> Workspaces -> Agent Interface
- Starting next week, changes to Filters and Sorting will be saved when you navigate from Agent Home to other pages. Now, when you come back to Agent Home, you can pick up right where you left off!
- Also coming next week, Custom Ticket Statuses will be integrated into the Agent Home status filters. Now, accounts with custom workflows can filter directly by workflow state!
