Hello, not sure where else I can post this. I am a client of Bittrex and am trying to contact their support. They are shutting down their offices, and I've been locked out of my account, but I want to see if their support is still active. I have not gotten a response from them, so I was wondering if Zendesk can lookup to see if their support desk is still active? They are supposed to be working with us until 8/30/2023
