Good morning @lauren17 have been working on completing the LinkedIn learning customer service professional certification and I wish the final exam would tell you what answers were wrong.
Only have one more attempt left and I don't want to have to wait months to retake it again. Please let me know if this feedback can be implemented to improve the 50 question exam.

Kindly throw more light on how to attempt this examination so that I can get clarity. It would be helpful to know the questions I missed. Thank you.

I took the zen desk professional course last October 2023. I took the exam twice , first time I didn't pass - the 2nd time the screen froze so I lost the 2nd attempt according to LinkedIn learning. I didn't try the 3rd time and was informed I couldn't take the courses over. Is there are other site this is offered or is it just through linked in learning?
@carol17 - this certification is owned by LinkedIn Learning, so you will need to reach out to them regarding this matter.
looking forward to it , by the way I have a question what can I achieve this certification,are they as good as space bar click test ceritficated ?
