Beta Dashboard Restrictions

I have created Beta dashboards and put restrictions on them. However, all of the team can see the stats when I want it restricted to the individual. A colleague has done the same for her team and used the same restriction it has worked for her but is not working for me.

I'm also having this problem. I've created a very robust dashboard and set up restrictions so each individual user would be shown only data relevant to tickets they've handled, and none of the agents can see any data. They're all receiving an error message of “Unable to load the widget content. Network error.” for every report on the dashboard.

When the higher-up members of the team view the dashboard, they are able to view all data, as well as some group (rather than individual) restrictions. It seems to be the “based on viewer” restrictions that are causing the loading errors, while regular data restrictions based on ticket fields, groups, etc. are not causing issues.
