What is the best way to build a Cumulative Flow Diagram in Zendesk? I want to measure the life cycle of all tickets on different dates and at different stages/date to see where bottlenecks may be. I found this article but it is a little outdated (below). Any suggestions?
The link you shared is just regarding the number of created and solved ticket on a give time period. If you can provide clearer overview of your use case, mayben I can provide a recommendation.
