We operate our Zendesk instance in 4 languages, mostly through dynamic content. I am quite unhappy with dynamic content management within Zendesk support, as it does not display a side-by-side vision of the texts (EN - FR - DE - NL) to make sure the content is correct.
I know that Lokalize offers a Zendesk integration at a high price. I also am aware that this might be possible via spreadsheets, but I don't like the "concierge" approach.
How do you manage your dynamic content through a third-party software? Do you have recommendations?
