Does anyone have any tips on how to achieve this? I have managed to upload a background image, but these guys have moved text, made the whole category box clickable and have got a little description which I really like. Thanks for any help!

@Trine - You can achieve any look with a little custom CSS, HTML, and JS.  It looks like fundrazr is using some custom javascript for their descriptions however you could do it with all HTML.  I have a free theme I developed here where I'm adding custom boxes and could put anything inside of the boxes using HTML.  Maybe my code here could get you started or you could copy and paste all the code then do some editing to match your own color scheme.

Yep, Watchman Monitoring here.. very happy with Wes's work and impressive turnaround time (not to put too much pressure on future jobs).

What we also enjoyed was the way he pulled in aspects from our main site (also based on the bootstrap framework).  Truly top notch.
