In the new chat, I want to ensure Blacklisted countries are adhered to.  Doesn't seem to work in this EAP.

    Hi Graham,

    Thanks for sharing this issue with us. We are working on a fix for it now, will get back to you once it has been deployed. It should hopefully be fixed by next week.

    The fix got deployed this morning and should be resolved now. Let me know if you are still experiencing issues with the new experience.
