Bad redirection towards responses that have nothing to do with the question

I set up a bot with canned responses. I am participating in testing the new generative AI module for response generation. However, I asked my bot a question that has nothing to do with a canned response: I asked 'I lost my phone' and the bot redirected me to the response for a network issue. However, the phrases that are set up in the intents of the 'network issue' response do not mention 'loss' or even 'phone': how did it redirect me there?
