I have raised this as a ticket with Zendesk but posting here as well in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
We are using automatic translations for the Bot, but they are not being translated in the Agent Workspace unless the agent clicks “show translation.” Prior to signing up to the EAP, the bot messages would be automatically translated for the Agent. Having to manually click on it is slowing them down.
Please could Zendesk look into this?
