Is there a way to automatically close a ticket once it is submitted?
I have a few that come through from hubspot for automatic tracking of when a form is submitted for example my email subscribe form. I dont need to read the tickets, I just want them to close as soon as they arrive.
The same with Twitter when an RT @comes through.
I did look into macros, but I dont think I set it up correctly. Can someone help me?

What you could do is set up a Trigger that will automatically close these tickets if it contains keywords. I've attached our Trigger Resources article which goes over this in more detail.
